A small studio, on purpose.
We kept OtterSprint intentionally small so every project still gets senior attention no bench of juniors, no account layer between you and the people doing the work.
How we started
OtterSprint began as a handful of engineers who kept getting asked the same question by founders and product leads: "can you just help us ship the next piece, properly, without a six-month ramp-up?"
We built the studio around that answer. Small, senior teams. Fixed-length sprints. Clear scope going in, a working demo coming out.
How we work today
We stay deliberately distributed the team works across several time zones, which in practice means longer coverage during a client's working day rather than a single office clock.
Every engagement runs on the same rhythm described in our process: scope, sprint, review, repeat.
A few things we don't compromise on
Small teams
Two to four people per engagement, matched to the actual shape of the problem.
Fixed cadence
Two-week sprints, every time, so progress is visible instead of assumed.
Plain communication
Short written updates over long meetings. You'll know exactly where things stand.
Curious if we're a fit?
A short call is usually enough to tell.
