Process

Five steps, repeated every two weeks.

The order matters each step depends on the one before it. Everything after the first sprint runs on the same loop.

01

Scope

A short discovery call and a written scope for the first sprint what's being built, what "done" looks like, and what's explicitly out of bounds.

02

Plan the sprint

The scope becomes a backlog. We size the work, assign it inside the team, and set a demo date two weeks out.

03

Build

Daily async updates, a shared branch or environment, and no surprises at the end of the two weeks you can watch progress the whole way through.

04

Review

A working demo, not a slide deck. We walk through what shipped, what didn't make it, and why.

05

Re-plan

The next sprint is scoped using what we learned in the last one. This is the step that repeats for as long as the engagement runs.
